Professional Training

The Executive Education Program is designed to develop leaders with a focus on innovation, technology, management, and leadership. With a practical and strategic approach, it drives digital transformation and strengthens the competitiveness of Brazilian cooperatives.

Participants explore key trends in emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, automation, and big data, applied within the cooperative sector. In addition, innovative management methodologies are introduced to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and foster a strong culture of innovation within organizations.

The leadership module equips executives to manage teams in a collaborative and inspiring way, promoting effective decision-making and the development of internal talent. The focus is on strengthening leadership capabilities and building a sustainable future for organizations.

By the end of the program, participants are prepared to apply the knowledge acquired to drive growth through technology, overcome challenges, and promote continuous development across multiple sectors.

“It was great to share the pitch coaching experience with Fernando again. He consistently identifies important gaps in startup pitches and gives founders the practical feedback they need to become more investable.”

Brett Yokom, Business Program Instructor, UC Berkeley

Trade Missions

Trade Missions

We connect you to the world

Every year, we organize International Trade Missions in partnership with Brazilian cooperatives across all seven vectors of the cooperative business model, as part of a recurring global engagement program connecting Brazilian organizations with counterparts around the world.

These missions take place across the Americas and other international destinations, and include leading institutions such as Aurora Coop, FECOAGRO, and the OCESC-SESCOOP System, represented by their executive leadership.

The objective is to promote the exchange of knowledge and practical experience, enabling participants to explore innovative practices and advanced technologies across different sectors.

Throughout the program, participants visit companies, attend workshops with industry experts, and engage directly with local policymakers. These interactions provide valuable insights and access to international networks that support the development and competitiveness of their cooperatives.

“I consider Fernando Figueiredo a key figure in supporting Brazilian companies seeking to establish connections with the American market.”

Ambassador Pedro Borio, Former Consul General of San Francisco

Corporate Events

Corporate Events

We bring the world to you

We organize Corporate Innovation Events throughout the year for Brazilian cooperatives as part of an ongoing international engagement initiative connecting organizations across multiple sectors and global markets.

These events bring together employees, executives, and industry experts to explore innovation, technology, and digital transformation, with a focus on practical application and sustainable growth.

With a dynamic agenda, speakers from Brazil and the United States share insights on artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation strategies. Interactive workshops allow participants to experience new technologies and adopt best practices to improve operational efficiency.

In addition, panel discussions foster knowledge exchange among cooperatives, strengthening collaboration and reinforcing a shared innovation ecosystem.

The program also includes networking sessions and live demonstrations of solutions tailored to the cooperative sector. By the end of the experience, participants are prepared to implement innovations that increase productivity, reduce costs, and drive long-term sustainable development.

“Experiencing the mindset and behavior of investors and startups, and seeing their attitudes of sharing and experimentation, made me realize that we can innovate wherever we are.”
